Each pack appoints a Campout Leader who communicates general information, such as activity rotation schedule, camp rules and fire safety guidelines to the campers.

Each pack names 2-3 adults to be Activity Volunteers at the various family activities on Saturday. We must have these volunteers help in order to offer the family activities on Saturday. What area is your expertise? (Leather, nature, knots/rope skills, shooting sports, games) Please plan to help about 2 hours. Submit names and telephone numbers of Pack Campout Leader and Activity Volunteers to Clark Sutton (903) 532-5472 or E-mail at C-SUTTON @TI.COM by Friday, March 19. The event committee will need to determine then if an activity can be offered.

To make registration smoother, each pack should turn in the completed family registration forms, fee, medical forms (for all individuals) and volunteer forms to the Scout Office by Friday, March 26, 1999. Please include fee with completed registration forms. Forms received without fees will be charged the late fee after March 26.
